  • What Are Dental Implants?
Dental implants are the most natural way to replace missing teeth. Dental implants are made of titanium, designed to replace the root structure of missing teeth. They provide support and stability for replacement teeth and are the longest-lasting solution available. Please contact Dr. Villarreal at 210-410-9414 with any questions you may still have or to make an appointment.
  • Who is Eligible to Get Implants?
Dental implants can be placed in most adults. Adolescents may be eligible once their face structure has matured. Please contact Dr.V to explain the benefits and risks to see if dental implants are right for you.
  • How Much Do Dental Implants Cost?
Prices differ based on the needs of each patient. Insurance policies vary but most cover a portion of the implant and the restorative procedure. Financing options are often available with competitive interest rates, and payments can be tailored to your budget.
  • Will My Implants Look Noticeably Fake?
Since dental implants provide such secure support for crowns, bridges, or dentures, no one will be able to tell that your smile is not full of natural teeth. Dr. Villarreal will expertly color-match your crown, bridge, or denture to blend in with your smile so that it looks natural and clean.
  • When Should I Get My Wisdom Teeth Removed?
If your wisdom teeth are impacted and or cause crowding in your teeth, it is recommended that they be removed to avoid moving or damaging the surrounding teeth. They may also cause inflammation, discomfort or even infection, which are also good signs its time to have them removed.
  • Does Everyone Have To Have Their Wisdom Teeth Removed?
In some cases, wisdom teeth grow in and cause no damage or adverse effects. If your mouth has room and they are able to grow, you aren't required to have them removed until later in life. It is recommended to have them removed earlier than later in life.
